  • Elite Level athletes /competition team

    Our tournament team and elite level classes which are programmed to progress athletes in all aspects of movement and performance. focusing on competing at high levels in the same skill-sets of; agility, acceleration, balance, parkour, calisthenics, and ninja warrior type movements.
